Our inaugural Leadership Salon went behind-the-scenes on some of the most viral campaigns of our time: #IceBucketChallenge and #SFBatkid. We heard straight from the Development and Chapter Officer at the ALS Association about his experience of Ice Bucket Challenge, from the Founder and Chief Evangelist at Clever Girls Collective, which helped SF Batkid become a viral success, and the Vice President of Corporate Citizenship & Philanthropy at Blackbaud to talk about Millennials and philanthropy. The event brought together nonprofit & philanthropic leaders to explore the intersection of social media, social change and philanthropy from these fundraising events. If you are interested in joining us as a keynote, speaker, or panelist please apply online here. Our Leadership Council reviews speaker submissions on a rolling basis. All workshops must be practical and actionable, not conceptual and theoretical, and sessions are 30 minutes long, including Q&A.
