The June #SM4NP Twitter Chat
Gaining Influence: Power Tips for Power Users of Social Media
Nonprofits, listen up: this month’s #SM4NP tackles how to use social media to gain influence. On June 12th at 1pm EST, we will be discussing power tips for power users of social media, especially insights gained from Guy Kawasaki’s book The Art of Social Media. This discussion is in anticipation of the Leadership Salon we are hosting in July with Guy Kawasaki. In that way, this knowledge will extend through our other educational outlets in order to reach the most nonprofit organizations.
Every 2nd Friday at 1 pm EST, we invite thoughtful individuals from the nonprofit, private, and social media worlds to join us and share resources about social media for nonprofits. We ask 5-6 questions to drive compelling conversation. Past chats include: Measuring Social Media for the Most Impact, Telling the Story of Nonprofits via Blogging, and Activating Volunteers through Social Media. Join us on June 12th and every second Friday from 1-2 pm EST.
